It is a very comfortable house to spend as a family within the Lomas de Cocoyoc fractionation, all the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are glued to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable, the area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the fractionation, I would definitely stay again.

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a house with a good sized floor. Next time we go to Ticumán we plan to stay here again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

It is really a wonderful, quiet and very homely place. Everything you need to spend some incredible days for rest and relaxation. The hosts are very friendly, they are on the lookout for anything that is offered, I recommend it ample, it's definitely a place I'm going back to.

For those of us who want to be close to nature this place is a paradise. It's amazing verl to the wild and how they relate to each other. In addition to lots of flora and fauna surrounding the place. The house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need for a quiet and environmentally friendly stay. Fernanda told us everything about the place and the great effort that has been made and is done to mentenerlo. Always warm and helpful, there was a lot of empathy and we made friends right away. The residence is very nice, quiet and private area, enough space to carry pets and they run freely. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms have everything you need. We were touched by very windy days but in the same way I would recommend shaking the dust well in the areas in general, the accommodation and order of the house is good, family pool, not expecting to be able to swim freely. The garden is very spacious and beautiful, I would recommend watering it because in some areas the pasture was already dry and in others there was only land, from the rest it was a great stay and Chucho allowed us to work before the accommodation, which is very appreciated, Miriam was very nice and stayed connected to us, my family and I thank you for the stay 😊

This is the second time that we have visited this property and we love it. Our main goal is for our two (big) dogs to enjoy the garden (it's totally fenced) and can run freely. For my husband and I, the house is ideal and has what we need to spend a few quiet days, relaxed and in a super safe space. Sandra is a super host, very friendly, she responds immediately and is very attentive to what is needed.

Like every year my family and I visit this beautiful accommodation… and we were completely satisfied and delighted with the house and its amenities… the host and the guys who are on the estate (carlitos and berna) always have a great disposition and help us loved everything and more than we need… as every real year and on this occasion Paty supported us with the preparation of food at all times and also with the cleanliness that made our stay something unmatched

Our stay was very pleasant, the house is as shown in the photos, it has a large garden, the pool is large and an area with a barbecue. It is located in a private area and has shops like a 5 mn by car. The facilities were delivered completely clean. Alejandro was always attentive and very kind. We were in the hot season and the house felt very hot at night.

Super clean place, exactly as shown in the pictures. Super good location if you go to an event in the nearby estates, or if you just want to rest and be in the pool, there are supermarkets, and places to eat less than 10 minutes away. Lorena is a super host, super attentive and friendly, very clear explanations and resolving any questions, I definitely recommend this place, I would definitely come back.

My family and I spent 8 blissful days at Guido’s Cuernavaca cottage. This turned out to be one of those truly standout Airbnb experiences, one we deeply appreciated. The cottage and garden are simple but striking. Really, we barely left the house. We could not get enough of it. It had one of those peaceful, tranquil feelings to it that you rarely find anywhere, a sort of stillness that did not make you feel anything but peaceful joy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Lilia and Guido were exceedingly accommodating and we liked meeting Toto, who manages the garden with a great deal of dedicated and care. We enjoyed nighttime meals around the large table and tea made from the leaves of the plants in the garden. The kitchen seemed to have everything we could possibly need to cook. We loved the jam and hibiscus water that Lilia left for us. And the beds were super comfortable. We’d definitely choose this home again and again.

The whole experience was magic from start to finish. Our hosts were professional and reliable and so welcoming. The house is beautiful and a perfect retreat in the hills. We have many life long memories from our stay here.

Excellent country house to spend a few quiet days. The cabin is located in an area where there are few houses, it is rue de terracería, go with care. It has two apartments and two rooms, an amazing view from the terrace where you can contemplate the Tepoztlan mountains. It's really imposing. Be careful there are raccoons and bugs, always keep the mosquito nets closed. The house is fresh. We had an amazing time. Alonso helped with everything needed and was very friendly!!!! I'll be back!

The house is just as described, suitable for pets, seniors and children, with privacy in the bedrooms, utensils in the kitchen for breakfast and simple food, it has super Aurrrà and a BBB nearby and places to order food at home.

Ideal for resting and disconnecting. Upon arrival the house was clean and tidy, it is equipped with utensils (silverware, plates, pots, pans). The super comfortable mattress, no noise, there is privacy. There is firewood in case you want to use the grill, Carlos, Alba and his Husband were very attentive and were attentive at all times.
