Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.

If you are traveling to Callaway Gardens, attending a graduation at Fort Benning, visiting FDR state park, or the Little Whitehouse, we hope you'll consider Toad Hill as the place to stay. "Toad Hill" is our vacation house. It is a two story, craftsman style custom built house. It was built for family gatherings, It is furnished with comfy furniture and nice linens.
