Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Extremely central location with proximity to everything. Short distance to Norway's finest sandy beaches, the outdoor area Furulunden, the viewpoint Uranienborg, Alti shopping center and not least several good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Attraktiv leilighet med solrik, innglasset balkong og flott utsikt over Otra. Fra leiligheten har du gang-og sykkelavstand turområder, dagligvarebutikk, og Kvadraturen (byen) med alle sine fasiliteter. Leiligheten har en fin beliggenhet i høy 1. etasje, med god takhøyde og store vindusflater. Svært sentralt, men allikevel i rolige omgivelser.
