Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce logement INCROYABLE, pour une expérience UNIQUE dans la région. 54 m2 de confort et de plaisir, comprenant deux balcons plein sud sur vue dégagée ( un des 2 balcons est accessible) avec un parking privatif. La balnéo est haut gamme, elle a été choisi pour une question d'hygiène et pour éviter tous les produits chimiques nécessaire au maintient de l'eau. Le sauna traditionnel à vapeur, aux pierrres de laves, permet des températures exceptionnelles.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.
