Relax in this peaceful, refurbished space for four guests. It is conveniently located in the North Gironde, not far from Saint Emilion and the Dordogne. You will have a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living area with a sofa bed and a bedroom area with plenty of storage. But also an outside corner with table, and barbecue, parking secured by camera . Possibility to park motorcycles in the shelter if needed.

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, at the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully-equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc...) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

Also enjoy an optional year-round outdoor hot tub for €30 ideal for relaxing after a day of discovery or just having a relaxing time.

Located 10 minutes from Coutras or Saint Denis de Pile, and 25 minutes from Libourne. 2 kilometers from the village of Guîtres where you will find bakery, smoking bar, grocery store or pharmacies. Ideally located, you can enjoy various tourist sites in Gironde, Charentes-Maritimes or Dordogne (Bordeaux, St Emilion, Blaye, Royan, Sarlat...). 2 pairs of sheets are provided. Towels are not.
