I highly recommend this place! The stay was exceptional—a beautiful 3BHK villa with a fully equipped kitchen. The manager was incredibly accommodating and ensured our experience was peaceful and hassle-free. The entrance patio and the entire property were absolutely delightful.

We had a great stay overall, the host was very helpful and responsive and everything matched the description. However we booked a boating tour through the host’s company and i would not recommend doing so because the tour was very badly organized (we waited for almost 4 hours until it started).

Such a beautiful spot to stay with friends or family. Would totally come back! The host was super responsive, and check-in and check-out were really easy.

The neighborhood was quite except that the home was in a small lane. The owner helped us in getting the luggages on the first floor as I travelled with some senior citizens and infants. We checked in in the midnight and he was very cooperative during that time. The house was well maintained and we got some nice breakfast too. We will recommend this homestay for our friends and family.

The place was cool and cosy. It was near to the beach. Though it feels more like an hotel room rather than an BnB. But it was fine for my one day stay at Marari Beach.

We had such a great time! We were seriously pampered by the staff and all of our needs were met. Two comments— first, the pictures in the listing are from when the resort was new, so there was definitely wear and tear we weren’t expecting, but everything was still clean and maintained. Secondly, two of the rooms had electricity issues while we were there— the staff dealt with the issues but it was a persistent problem for a few days. Otherwise our stay was great and we would recommend!

We had such a great time at the place. Kuruvilla and Jithu who stay on the property were so good with every one of our requests. They are the main reason for my high rating across the board. We are four friends who were there for 4 days and 3 nights. Had a blast. Keep in mind it is an hour drive from Kochi and 2 hours from Kochi airport. But it was worth it. Also make sure you choose the right number of people because that determines whether you get all bedrooms or not and how much you pay per day

Fantastic Property with Beautiful Views and Excellent Service! We had an amazing stay at this property! The outdoor spaces are massive, offering stunning backwater views, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the availability of mountain bikes to explore the local area. The property is incredibly well-maintained, and cleanliness is a solid 10/10. A special mention to Sachu chettan, the caretaker, who was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He also makes the best chai, and we loved his warm hospitality. We were a family of five, including my parents, and we had a wonderful time. For food, Swiggy deliveries were a convenient option, and we also enjoyed the local homely meals available on-site. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway!

Had a blast with my friends at this beautiful place..superb ambience, neat and spacious rooms, decent pool..above all, the staff were welcoming and took special care of us especially Mr Jeyaprakash..the food was also top notch, and the chef 's ( Sunil chettan ) kerala special sea food and beef preparations were out of this world..would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful weekend stay..

An amazing place for family and friends to unwind from their busy schedule and just sit near the river bank and retell old stories.

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.
