It is a totally independent house, located 100 meters from the beach, safe, easily accessible and in an excellent location. The house is at street level and has no stairs. It is very cool and the room has air conditioning. We have a private and covered garage, in front of the property. The guest will be very well received with courtesies (mineral water, coffee and biscuit). And we have a differential: The TV (42") has a BOX of channels, series and movies released.
