Lofted Cabin #1 @ Mallard Point Lake Cabins

This private peninsula has been a Northwoods getaway for the past 75 years, formerly as a resort and now as a unique collection of just three cabins. This listing is for Cabin #1, a lofted cabin that sits right along the waterfront. Each cabin has it's own firepit, picnic table, grill, and Adirondack chairs. The 6-person barrel sauna, kayaks, and all other outdoor spaces are shared among all guests. We're just 15 mins. from Downtown, Mt. Itasca, Tioga MTB Trails, and the Chippewa Nat'l Forest.

Lake Cabin

Our lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, we do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to our steep hill). We are near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. We have 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. Our cabin is on over 4 acres, plenty of room to relax. We have a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit grill and gas grill.

Log Cabin on Caribou Lake/Chippewa National Forest

Full scribed renovated log cabin located in the Chippewa National Forest on the pristine Caribou Lake. Hand built in the late 1970s the cabin has two bedrooms, a large loft, full kitchen, fireplace, & walk out basement yards from the lake. Modern amenities in a rustic atmosphere the cabin has 1000 LF of shoreline on a private shallow bay. Fantastic swimming, fishing and hiking trails right out your door. Well equipped kitchen, but no oil. Only one dog allowed in the summer.

JLL is right on the snowmobile/ATV trails in the Chippewa Nat'l Forest, and we have a private 1 mile trail cut through the property. We boast the only private boat landing on the lake; this is a great fishing spot for walleye, panfish, bass, and northern. Here, you get 600' of lakeshore view!
