A fantastic house, beautifully & thoughtfully furnished with everything you could possibly need! It is exactly as described with a lovely first floor balcony overlooking the pool & garden. Arnaud & Nicholas we're so helpful and responsive. We had our two young grandchildren with us and Nicholas & Arnaud ensured we had everything we needed equipment wise for them. There were also childrens' books & toys, which was very thoughtful. The kitchen & lounge area great spaces and very well equipped for group dining & socialising. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Our family loved the house! Great location with bars/ hotel close by. The bakery in the hotel has fantastic bread/ croissants at reasonable prices and delicious cakes. Local beach & famous Dune de Pilat within walking distance and easy to cycle/ drive into Arcachon.

We had a wonderful stay with a toddler and a newborn at Nicolas house. First the location is walking distance from shops, bakery, oysters shack, bicycle rental ect. The house was spotless and well decorated. We could enjoy afternoons by the swimming pool and ending the day using the great BBQ on site. A real gem that I would recommend everyone to stay in.

Beautiful and spacious house, very comfortable for our group (10 adults), a short walk to the beach and the center of Arcachon. A big thank you to Julie who welcomed us with kindness and was very attentive. We totally recommend this rental and hope to have the pleasure of coming back!

Guillaume welcomed us with great kindness, always very specific in his explanations. We had an apprehension about the college located behind the house but we were quickly reassured, and even benefited from the calm and garden, well protected between the college, and a few houses on the other side ... It is a great house to recharge your batteries, and enjoy the Landes, go to the Basque Country, and go up on the other side via Cap-Ferret. It's a little corner of Paris.

Very well located house, city center and beach within walking distance , unpaid parking street The decor is very nice , you don't feel at home, the bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is very well-equipped. However, in the listing it feels like “in the woods” while the house is in the city with a wooded exterior. The room in the “Cabin” is pretty and comfortable but wet. unfortunately. We had a lovely stay and the check-in and check-out welcome was perfect.

Very good stay in this accommodation which is well equipped (special mention for the beautiful bathroom). The accommodation is well located, close to nearby city centers but quiet. Great dialogue, thank you for this stay.

Beautiful accommodation and very well equipped, faithful to the photos. The place is very quiet with a neighborhood that is too. Ideal for families but also for respectful groups of friends. I will be back with pleasure.

We had a great time with the family. The house is perfect for small children with the protected pool. This one is not heated, but with the hot weather, it was appreciated. All the equipment is on site, from the laundry basket to the plancha:) The bedding for the children was great, but the bedding for the adults may need to be renewed. Anne-Laure was very responsive and available.
