You are staying in the oldest town house of Mareuil 1617… .renovated in 2010, and re-arranged by me in a workshop spirit You are in the town centre with all amenities within walking distance Cottage run by an upcycling creator, the interior decoration changes according to my creations and the possibility of visiting the workshop.

Within a perimeter of about 30 km you will find activities such as Indian Forest, O Gliss Park, O'Fun Park, the Forest of Mervent and its zoo or the Pierre Brune Park, beaches etc.

The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou, near the vineyards Mareuillais and at the door of the marshes poitevins. The shops are about 4 km. The start of a small hike of 3km is located next to the studio and will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature.

Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Fully renovated, our cottage can accommodate 4 or 6 people, it includes: 1 living room with open kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, dining room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140X190 beds and dressing room. A terrace with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing and shed with toilet and shower. A garden with swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to late September), swing, ping-pong table and bocce ball court.

Fully equipped studio for vacation or work

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door.
