Climate controlled! What is a Yurt? Yurts originated in Mongolia. The Mongolian people were nomadic, and they took their homes (yurts) with them as they tended to, and traveled, with their livestock. Today yurts are built on a platform & consist of two thick layers of canvas with a layer of insulation in between, and most notably a domed skylight at their center. 5 mins to Alpine, 30 mins to Fort Davis, Marfa, and Marathon. Big Bend Park, Terlingua, & Lajitas are roughly 100 miles away.

Juniper Moon House

The Juniper Moon House is a one bedroom, one bath adobe casita, nestled amidst Juniper trees and prickly pear cacti. Located on the southwest end of town, it offers quieter surroundings while still being in close proximity to Marfa favorites. This rental is one of multiple fully-equipped courtyard Queen Suites at The Lincoln, a boutique hotel in the heart of Marfa. Right on the majestic courthouse square, you'll be just steps away from shops, restaurants, and galleries.

Our casita is equipped with full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Studio style layout--main room has queen platform bed with 2 single artisanal platform couch/beds. To get to kitchen and bathroom you go through second room, also furnished with 2 single artisanal platform couch/ beds. The queen bed is perfect for a couple's weekend get away. The 4 artisanal platform couches/beds are perfect for lounging or extra guests. Our space is great for families.

'55 Spartan-Rancho Estrella-1/2 Mile Walk to Town

Update: tax #S188. New internet upgrade. 40 Foot Remodeled Spartan with hot shower, full bathroom, new bed, new fold down couch, new AC, etc . We have another trailer on property which may or may not be rented. We have horseshoes, hammocks and a cornhole game. Avail for private events however this is a separate charge and needs to be discussed first before booking. If you plan to invite more than 2 people over please let me know.
