Real ales are served straight from the cask; good-value food using fresh local produce, all within a 5-minute stumble.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

The rooms stands apart from the main house across a sunny courtyard. The Peddar's Way is nearby, as is Houghton Hall, Oxborough Hall and Holkham Hall amongst other attractions. 56 Pentney Lakes is a bespoke log cabin situated directly on the lake of the popular Pentney Lakes site. This airy and modern cabin has four large bedrooms (2 en-suite) and will sleep 8-10 quests. The downstairs has a games room( Playstation 2 & 3, Wii and board games), entrance hall and large open plan living space containing a luxury kitchen, dining space and sofa area. The living space has two large bi-fold doors that open out onto the outside decking area with hot tub.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Hand built on the farm this hut is situated in a beautiful and peaceful spot. With a double bed and additional sofa bed it Has more room than you would expect. The contains a fridge and hobs and we can provide a BBQ for out door cooking. Whilst we welcome dogs to the property. We ask that they must be friendly and kept under control as the hut is on a working farm with other dogs and livestock.
