The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

The house is ideally located in all respects, in a residential and quiet setting on a private road a two minute walk to two wonderful beaches and a 10 minute walk to the village and all amenities. It is equipped with all comforts and has private parking included on the property.

It's a small house with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. From the external stairs you can reach the solarium, furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deckchair. Below the house, with access from the external stairs, is my laundry area that I will use with the utmost respect for my guests. The outdoor courtyard is shared and, during high season, will house 2 of our cars.

Portion of a villa with a large garden. The accommodation is independent and has a separate entrance from the property. It is immersed in the pine forest 500 meters from the sea. It can accommodate 4 people in the bedroom with bathroom and in the 2 single beds in the living area. Outside, there are 2 large tables where you can dine outdoors and a shower to cool off when you return from the beach.
