Vacation rentals with a patio in Marina di Pietrasanta

L'appartamento di Marzia è un vero gioiellino, molto pulito, ben arredato e molto silenzioso, non abbiamo mancato di niente, ha avuto un pensiero molto carino per il nostro cane ed è stata molto flessibile per l'orario sia per l'arrivo che per la partenza (ovviamente siamo ancora in bassa stagione). Consiglio fortemente il suo alloggio a chi vuole godersi il silenzio e il mare a prossimità, infatti basta attraversare la strada e si è già in spiaggia. Grazie mille Marzia, ci rivedremo presto senza nessun dubbio ❤️

Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

Alloggio pulito e confortevole. Ritornerò sicuramente

Viareggio toujours un enchantement, même sous la pluie... L'appartement est idéalement situé en arrière de toute l'agitation et le bruit du front de mer. La résidence est agréable et fonctionnel. Un grand merci à Elia pour sa souplesse, dont je n'ai pas eu besoin au final.

Ho avuto modo di pernottare per tre notti presso l'appartamento di Caterina e Giacomo e l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. L’alloggio, nella sua essenzialità, è molto curato e impreziosito da oggetti di design che ho particolarmente apprezzato. La posizione è centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, perfetta per muoversi a piedi senza rinunciare al riposo. Pur essendo inizialmente preoccupato per il parcheggio, ho sempre trovato posto senza alcun problema. Caterina e Giacomo sono stati disponibili e flessibili negli orari di check-in e check-out,e ciò ci ha permesso di godere appieno anche dell’ultimo giorno di vacanza. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Unser Urlaub in Campiglia war echt sehr schön. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Allerdings hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass es Überzüge für die Bettdecken gibt. Aber sonst war alles super. In ca. 30min ist man an einem sehr ruhigen Steinstrand. Hier ist allerdings mittelmäßige Kondition erforderlich. Perfekt für Leute die gerne wandern. Mit dem Bus braucht man ca. 25min zum Bahnhof in la spezia , wo auch alle Züge Richtung Cinque Terre fahren. Allerdings fährt sonntags nur nachmittags der Bus. Die Leute im Dorf sind aber sehr hilfsbereit, ein älteres Pärchen hat uns mit runter nach La Spezia genommen. Unser favorite war der Garten von dem bis aufs Meer schauen konnte und das Restaurant Piccoloblu, bei dem man sehr gut und preiswert essen und trinken kann. Giulia war sehr hilfreich und wir wurden direkt an der Bushaltestelle abgeholt. Auch ein späterer Check out war kein Problem. Gerne wieder. 😊

Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen Apt äusserst wohl gefühlt. Es stand alles zur Verfügung, was man brauchte. Privater gesicherter Parkplatz und nur ein paar Minuten zur Stadtmauer in Lucca waren äußerst angenehm. Die Kommunikation verlief flott und freundlich. Wir können die Gastgeber zu 100 % empfehlen.

Super séjour chez veve. Nous avions fait un roadtrip en Italie et notre dernière étape était la Spezia et les cinque terre où nous sommes restés 3 jours chez veve. L accueil a été très chaleureux par le gentil papa de veve. L appartement est très mignon et suffisant pour une famille avec un petit jardin. L intérieur est très propre et très decore comme une demeure grecque. Veve avait préparé notre arrive, et du très bon café. Malgré les 36 degré la maison est frais le petit jardin sublime pour une pause café et petit déjeuner. Veve est très réactif et échangé beaucoup, j ai piqué tout ces café elle n a pas hésité à en ramener. Vraiment très bon séjour je reviens très sûrement.

Sono stato con 3 amici a fare trekking sulle Apuane e la casa di Carla è stata un ottimo appoggio. Vicinissima a molti percorsi, silenziosa e con una vista incredibile dalla terrazza al secondo piano. Carla ci ha permesso anche di avere un check out più tardi per via di una necessità last minute, gentilissima anche nel momento di check in. Consiglio!!

séjour très agréable...le logement était propre et confortable...Notre hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Petit bémol le lave vaisselle ne lave correctement et le frigo fait pas trop de froid..... Nous recommandons se logement car proche de pise et des commodités...

Abitazione di facile accesso, anche grazie alle precise indicazioni ricevute da Sara. Area tranquilla. Vani ben tenuti e puliti, effettivamente è tutto pressoché nuovo. La strada ove è posizionata la casa è a senso unico e non ha il parcheggio interno privato. quindi per lasciare l'auto in sosta bisogna avere un po' di fortuna per trovare il parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Questo forse è l'unico punto sfavorevole, ma comunque risolvibile facendo "4 passi" in più. Consigliato.

Tutto come da descrizione, appartamento piccolo ma ben curato e pulito (stoviglie e pentole comprese, una rarità negli appartamenti in affitto). Posizione centrale anche se non comodissima per il mare. Giacomo gentilissimo e molto chiaro nelle comunicazioni, ci ha accolti con un sorriso e ha sempre avuto un occhio di riguardo per noi e nostra figlia. Consigliato!

Super location, petite maison avec tout ce dont une famille avec 2 enfants à besoin. La literie est très comfortable, c'est très calme et les volets sont réglables donc très pratique si on veut être dans le noir total. Vue sur la mer magnifique depuis les chambres. Hôtes très accueillants et communicatifs. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, parfaite pour notre petite famille (maison bien équipée) endroit paisible avec beaucoup de charme

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte di paesaggio durante un viaggio, la casa è nuova, accogliente e ben dotata di diversi accessori. Host comunicativo e disponibile. Consigliato.

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

el alojamiento de Andrea esta frente a la estacion de tren, de fácil acceso y cerca de muchos lugares para recorrer y salir a comer. Es un alojamiento cómodo y muy limpio. Recomiendo 100%

Appartamento molto carino, tranquillo e attrezzato come da descrizione. A piedi si raggiunge il centro di Lucca in 15 minuti, la zona è tranquilla anche di sera, se non si vuole attraversare la stazione c'è un comodo cavalcavia pedonale poco più avanti. Con il treno a soli 600mt abbiamo raggiunto facilmente sia Firenze che Pisa e la macchina è rimasta nel parcheggio davanti alla porta per tutto il tempo.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Zum Bahnhof Pisa Centrale kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, wo wir nach Lucca und Florenz fuhren. Pauline war immer schnell erreichbar und gab uns unzählige tolle Tipps :) Leider haben uns nachts die Mücken sehr genervt, obwohl das Fenster immer verschlossen war. (fiese Dinger)

Sabina’s place was perfect!!! 13 minutes walk away from The Leaning Tower and resturant’s. The apartment was spotlessly clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. Beautiful surprise balcony which had the tower and dome in sight. And Sabina was the loveliest lady ever! So so kind. Thank you for having us even if it was just for the night! Couldn’t fault it! Xx
