Bellissimo monolocale in provincia di Roma nel comune di Marino. Presenta una camera da letto e lettino da campeggio per un bambino con angolo cottura, bagno e un bel giardino privato con barbecue. Da qui raggiungere Roma è facile, a 300mt è presente la stazione ferroviaria che in 25min arriva alla stazione Termini. A 200mt c'è la fermata dell'autobus che vi portera' alla metro A E alle meraviglie dei Castelli Romani. L'aeroporto di Ciampino a soli 4 minuti il bambino paga 5 €in più al giorno

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Perfetto per famiglie e amici! Benvenuti nella nostra grande casa, ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto al CENTRO di uno dei quartieri PIU' BELLI ED ELEGANTI DI ROMA, CASALPALOCCO, immerso nel verde! Controlla la mappa tra le foto seguenti, è a Casalpalocco solo se dentro la mappa, se fuori non è Casalpalocco. Ad un minuto dal shopping c. LeTerrazze con negozi, supermercato, ristoranti. Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

My little apartment is a delightful rediscovered after a long time. My parents' little house is now a cozy corner to use as a base to visit the Roman castles and nearby Rome, but without the chaos. Also perfect for a beach fugha. Camelia home is located in the historic center, all amenities are a 1-minute walk away; supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, bus, pizzerias, parking. The colour and warmth of my little house will warm your heart!!

Luminous and quiet, allowing to experience the beautiful garden of your home when the weather is nice, shared with our two dogs. Guests have their own access and their own keys so that they can be completely independent during their stay.

Small 45 sqm apartment located in Colonna in the Castelli Romani park. Reachable from Via Casilina or from the A1 Rome Naples highway, exit S Cesareo or M. Porzio Catone. A five-minute walk away is the Roma-Cassino train station, thanks to which you can reach the Roma Termini station in about 30 minutes.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Villa located in the heart of the Roman countryside. 500 meters away you will find the supermarket, pharmacy, bank, tobacconist, bar, laundry, restaurant, pizzeria, small shopping center and the stop for bus 218 that goes to the center of Rome.
