Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. Ook is er een cobb bbq aanwezig om bij mooi weer buiten een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Relax in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. The accommodation itself consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, with beautiful views of the rustic surroundings. Next to the lodge, you have access to the garden room, where you can relax in a rural room, with a cozy wood stove and lovely sofas.
