Vacation rentals with a patio in Marmari

Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

It was our second stay with Eleni. The unit was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Couldn’t have asked for something better with shopping and food very close by

This apartment not only offers incredible views of the Acropolis it is so convenient to everything you could plan on doing during your visit to Athens. Romanos was a great host and was always extremely responsive to questions and provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to see!

Clean apartment with beautiful roof terrace. Perfect location with good connection to the center and the airport and many good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Murat is a great host, communicated promptly, offered us home made dinner, helped us with our luggage. The place was great too, close to airport, u can get uber at odd times too from here. Would definitely recommend.

Christos was a great host - very friendly and an active communicator throughout every step to make sure everything went okay. He gave us local recommendations and was always available. The home was great & the outdoor patio is lovely - we saw three sweet sunbathing cats.

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

Very nice and cozy apartment ideally located in a quiet neighborhood closed to the Acropolis and downtown Athens. Katerina is a very responsive and reliable host and help made my stay in Athens smooth and easy

This is a fantastic place to stay - we had 4 days and wished for longer. The house is exactly as described/pictured; spacious and full of light and colour. You really feel like you know the hosts a little bit, even if you don't meet them. We loved hanging out with their cats and our kiddo loved their kid's room. The other huge plus is the neighbourhood - there's no better place to stay in Athens, IMHO. It's a short and largely off-street walk to all the main sights, but the street the house is on really does feel like a little village. It's pedestrianized and incredibly quiet. Head down the block, though, and there's everything you need within a couple minutes walk - a lovely cafe, a bunch of great restaurants, a solid little grocery store, a few great places to stop for a drink, etc. Just the best possible home base to really enjoy Athens.

Nice and modern flat directly at the beach. Mike is a very caring host and the communication was perfect. A few meters along the shore is a fabulous fish restaurant:) Little improvements could be to provide some more towels, especially for guest with kids. Also for the kitchen :) But still, we can completely recommend the place :)

If you are staying in Athens and want to be close to the city center, you will be thrilled with Renata’s place. The apartment is spacious and cute. The location is beyond perfect. We walked to everything: groceries, restaurants, public transport, coffee shops, and even the acropolis!! The apartment is on the first floor. There is an elevator up to the roof top deck (which we went to every evening to sit after a day of exploring). You will receive a link within Airbnb with pictures of where to find and access the keys. Lots of storage and the kitchen has the basics needed to cook simple meals. Perfect for two people.

This was a great stay for our family of 4. Walkable to everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Host was very kind, helpful and responsive. Place was clean and safe. Can't beat that view!

beautiful little apartment in a neighborhood that is not touristy, so not too many people which is nice there are super markets for shopping .dimitris was responsive to each request. the apartment was very clean. nothing was missing. the.metro is a 10 minute walk to 2 stations from the acropolis. brief value for money perfect.

Even though the apartment is in the middle of Athens, it was so peaceful on the 4th floor. Great location and the hot tub was a bonus! Yannis and Tax were super-helpful, and the apartment was spotless!

Such a lovely place—just steps from the city center, with everything within walking distance. The views from both the bedroom and balconies are incredible. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. Alexandra was incredibly kind and responsive to every question, and her local recommendations were spot-on. She even arranged both airport and port transfers, which took one more thing off our plate and made the trip completely stress-free.
