Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Marra

A neatly maintained and Peaceful place. We were a group with age ranging from 2 years to 78 years and each and every one were happy with the place. One of my son's called the place as our Goan home. It had enough privacy and all the services required were in close vicinity.

House is clean and near the beach which is nice. Host answered our questions quickly and stayed in contact with us during our time in Goa. Only thing that bothered us was that there were constant dog barking, otherwise i would say that you will get exactly what you pay for.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and so are the bathrooms. Daily cleaning of entire house and washing of the utensils was cherry on the cake . The place is about 10-15 minutes drive from Vagator and other beaches . Ample space for car parking . All in all , we enjoyed staying there .

Booked Saheel’s place for a friend visiting Goa and they had a great experience. The property was stylish, comfortable, and close to everything in Siolim. Saheel was an excellent host—helpful and quick to communicate. Would definitely book again!

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

We stayed for couple of days. The place is clean and has been built with dedication. The furniture and other decorative items are amazing. The place is near the beach and market place makes everything accessible quickly. There were minor problems we faced once informed host vipin fix them immediately.

Its a great stay for friends family and host hosts were super awesome and they were very clear and helpful, looking forward to stay again and its a value for money

property is very good. Located in proper residential area. All amenities are there. But very far from the beaches. If you are coming Goa for beaches then the property is not for you

Savio is a super host, And communication was great. Untimely road work's hot and humid temperatures made it hard to enjoy nearby cafes and amenities. Ideal location for transport drop and pickup service being mid way between Mapuca and Panjim. Very comfortable and all amenities thoughtfully provided. Thanks Savio. This property is a gem - in terms of location, amenities and comfort. The place is done up very tastefully and also kept well in terms of cleanliness.
