The accommodation offered an excellent, very nice starting point for exploring the diverse surroundings. Pools and overall a very nice well-kept complex invited us to linger. Communication with the hosts was very good. We would love to come back.

can't recommend this place enough! loved the little house that was very complete, the garden, the pool (we were there mid april and used it multiple times), the walk to the sea with al lot of wild flowers , the animals, the views.... Ignazio and his family are very friendly and the place feels very homely.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The property itself is excellently run and quite a unique set up. Each of the multiple properties on site has a good space attached so feels private but combined with a friendly, communal atmosphere. The shared area around the pool was well maintained and ample space for all. Our favourite part of the stay was the many bits of thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The apartment had all the basics needed so we were comfortable from arrival (coffee, milk, basic cooking supplies etc) and beyond that a homemade cake! There were toys and beach supplies at the pool. Plenty of activities and lots of character and interesting features around the grounds to keep us and our 3 year old daughter entertained. It felt like a good space where those with kids could enjoy themselves but those without could still have a peaceful break. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

The villa is perfect for those who want a location which is peaceful and with good facilities in terms of parking, garden area, pool, BBQ, living and dining space (outside and inside). The bedrooms are comfortable and there is aircon for the hotter months although we did not need it with daytime temps around 23-28degC. A dishwasher would be helpful for larger groups but the lack of one did not bother us. The host is very helpful and communicates quickly. All in all I can certainly recommend the property. The only downside is that this area is not blessed with many restaurants and there are non in walking distance which is a pity.

A very peaceful place, with a beautiful panarama on the Sicilian countryside. Very friendly welcome from Ignacio and Francesca, we felt welcome and grazie per il homemade welcome cake!

Antonio's family with Francesca and Ignatio are very friendly and loving hosts. We were welcomed with fresh water and lemon cake. The complex is familiar, private and very nice with plants, trees, flowers, fresh kitchen herbs, many cozy seating, outdoor kitchen, pool, table tennis, table soccer, ……. The unobstructed view over the countryside with olive groves, sunset, sea, convent on the rocks above Sciagga is wonderful. We spent 6 beautiful days there and spent time in the surrounding area with Erice, Marsala, Trapani and Selinunte. It is a short walk to the sea and the farm animals certainly delight not only every child's heart. We'd love to come back!

This was just what we needed! The grounds are impressive and being there in person supersedes what you see in the pictures. Francesca was so kind and went out of her way to make sure we had a taxi and dinner reservations after a long day of driving. It was the most relaxing part of our packed schedule. The house was very clean as we the bathroom. Clean towels and linens. The kitchen has the essentials to cook. It was so nice to eat at the table outside with our family. Incredibly peaceful and the pool was a huge bonus. I will def be back with my family as we are in Sicily for a few months. Highly recommend. Game changer to any trip to Sicily.

Giuseppe's home is simply beautiful, full of every comfort, very tidy, very clean. It is located within a large plot of land full of succulents and olive trees, with a wonderful bright patio that opens onto the outdoor garden. Giuseppe's house is a real ecosystem: with photovoltaic panels, a water recirculation system, - drinkable and very good, a pond full of water lilies and which helps keep mosquitoes away. He and his daughter were very nice, they picked us up near the house to escort us directly to the house, and they gave us a lot of useful tips during our stay. Such kind hosts are rare, super recommended ❤️

We were five girlfriends from Sweden who spent four days in this amazing villa. Incredibly friendly and helpful host. The accommodation was very private and with an absolutely stunning view, right on the beach. No typical tourist spot but it felt genuinely Italian. Unique accommodation. There were more villas that shared in the pool area but all the villas were privately demarcated which meant that you didn't notice by other guests. The beach was nice and snorkeling right outside the house. Awesome sunset! You need to have a car when you live here, but in the day you can walk into the city center but in the evening you should drive a car home. Several vineyards nearby and also proximity to several cozy cities and the opportunity to visit different islands by boat which was fantastic. Michelle was very nice and helpful with many tips. We highly recommend this place.

The villa is incredible, located on a vineyard with great views. It’s very spacious even for 4 people. Located very close to Zingaro reserve and only 10 minutes drive from San Vito Lo Capo. We loved it and will surely be coming back. Lovely hosts!

We really enjoyed the place. Everything decorated with taste and then this view! The beautiful garden! If you want to enjoy your peace and travel by car, this is the place to be. ♥️

The stay at Paolo and Anna has been amazing. They were very kind and made us feel really welcome. Their place is beautiful and peaceful, especially with Micho the cat. The room was very cozy and practical, it had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful villa with every comfort and very clean. From the bedroom directly into the beautiful garden with its own outdoor shower. Cozy kitchen where we loved cooking. Great conservatory that can be completely opened to the spacious and covered veranda. Small but nice bathroom. The villa is not visible from the street. You can enjoy complete peace and privacy. For us, these last four days of vacation were absolute relaxation and pure enjoyment. Thanks for the time we were able to spend here!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Patrizia's place. We felt welcome from the first second and she made sure everything was up to our expectations. The house is very nice and quiet up in the mountains and actually easy to find. The view from the terrace to Lago Arancio and Sambuca is really cool.

A very comfortable and well appointed house situated in a good location as a base for exploring the nearby historic towns. There is also a panoramic rooftop which was perfect for watching the sun set. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was immaculately clean. Alessandro provided recommendations for restaurants and was always attentive.

I can definitely recommend to stay at Francesca house - she was very welcoming during the checkin, provided tips for best local groceries and restaurants and showed us every small detail around the house - Everything in the house itself is so well thought! House has a great location with perfect view and proximity to a lot of necessities and tourist attractions, pool is of a perfect size and it has a perfect view point on a roof for a perfect coffee time House was very clean, there was everything you may need to start cooking straight away Air conditioners work well, mattresses and pillows were comfortable Onsite parking can easily host multiple cars Thank you for a perfect stay!

We enjoyed the week of vacation in Francesco's accommodation very much. The surroundings are very quiet and wonderfully located in nature, but you can still get to the street quickly, from where you can get to the interesting places in the area. Gabriele, Francesco's son, was very friendly and helpful and always responded extremely quickly and efficiently to any issue. We recommend the accommodation and will also be happy to come back.

A lovely tiny mountain house with all that you need to come to rest and enjoy nature at its best.

Wonderful stay in a detached villa nestled in a pine forest but not isolated, located just 5 minutes by bike from the center of the village and almost equidistant from the ends of the island. Everything is accessible by bike and we were seduced by the rhythm of the island. A big thank you to Rita for hosting us, for her discretion and for her information.

Nice authentic house with a beautiful and very big garden. There are no direct neighbours, so you have a lot of privacy here. Only side note is that it is next to a busy road, but we got used to the noise by one day. Lots of nice places to visit in the area, like the medieval mountain town of Erice or the beach. Would recommend!
