The house is located on the east coast of the island, in the beautiful bay of Kipiadi, thirty metres from the sea which is reached by a direct descent. The nearest village is Longòs, which offers romantic resurrections overlooking the harbour, less than 1 km away.

It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
