We had an absolutely magnificent stay here. Views are absolutely stunning; beautifully overlooking the peaceful lake with amazing sunset skies and powerful lightening storms over the mountains at night. Adorable furnishings that give a peaceful vibe perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. Visits from the hosts dogs were a welcome part of our mornings!

Loved Casa Hormiga! Cute, quaint, hut was the perfect place to start my time in Costa Rica! So sad I missed out on one night with airline delays. Jose is so friendly and a wonderful host! I opted for a craniosacral massage service and to go see the 500 year old tree up the street. It was a glorious day! He also gave other wonderful recommendations of things to do/see in the area.
