Our piece of paradise is situated on the edge of the water in the Athenree Village (north end of the Tauranga harbour). The modern upstairs apartment is yours exclusively. From here you can: watch the sunrise over the water; enjoy the ever-changing view of the tide; watch the varied and rich bird life; or relax while reading or playing games from our library. Feel more energetic? Walk to the surf beach; visit the hot pools or take a walk on the water edge. We follow AirBnB cleaning protocols.

AvoStay Katikati. A self contained studio.

Newly renovated self contained studio which is underneath the main house located on a working avocado orchard. This comfortable studio has a queen bed & bathroom facilities along with your own private outdoor area. The studio has a kitchenette, microwave, free parking, Wi Fi, TV and basic essentials. Katikati is a small mural town nestled near the Kaimai Ranges and the Tauranga Harbour. It is close to Waihi Beach and the Karangahake Gorge which has amazing walks, cycle trails and lots more.
