Historic Schoolhouse Brombach

Experience the first schoolhouse of Brombach, located at the entrance of the Wiesental Valley – just 10 minutes from Basel and the Black Forest. The approximately 400-year-old, centrally located house has been lovingly renovated and combines history with modern comfort: a micro-cement kitchen with underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, a heated bench, and smart sunrise lighting create a unique feel-good atmosphere. Quiet yet centrally located – ideal for couples or families up to 4 people.

Our house with amazing views is located in the wine village of Betberg. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room a sofa bed offers 2 more sleeping places. Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest toilet. The washing machine is in the basement. The parking lot is at the house, in the carport there is space for bicycles. A barbecue and fire bowl are provided. Excursions include: Black Forest, Basel, Colmar, Europapark Rust

The resort for nature lovers is located in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Biosphere Reserve. Above the cloud sea of the Rhine plain stands our beautiful forest house. Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30min. To Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg, 45 minutes. The Schweigmatt swimming pool is a club pool. You can buy it for 20 euros for 4 uses.

in the district Hüsingen in the middle of the village, next to the old village well, stands our stylishly converted farmhouse dating from 1788, situated next to a horse paddock, not far from the forest. The attic is an oasis of peace. A large wild garden with apple trees belongs to the property and can be used for a romantic campfire, depending on the season. S-Bahn connection can be reached in 5 min by car. A baby cot can be added, children must be very careful with the steps.

Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
