Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with magnificent views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen nature park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep; the snow-guaranteed ski resort of Grebenzen can be reached in a few minutes. On the spacious, partly covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshippers will get their money's worth here

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We offer our approximately 250-year-old hut for your own use. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

Your first look early in the morning makes your way through the former Stadlbrücke of the Peitler Chalet and meets the impressive massif of equestrian deck.
