Located in the heart of the Brenne, in the city of Le Blanc, less than 1 hour from Châteauroux and Poitiers our cottage welcomes you all year round in a friendly, quiet. Our air-conditioned cottage accommodates 4 to 5 people, 70 m², 1 large living room (kitchen-living room), 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower), separate toilet, it has an outdoor terrace and a pleasant enclosed courtyard of 400m². From the cottage, possibility to make beautiful walks on the "voie verte" way or fishing parties.

Located 1 hour from Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the parks of La Brenne, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm that you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels with a contemporary touch while keeping the charm of the old. The swimming pool (6x12m) is heated from June to September according to the outside temperatures and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower, toilet)

Le Logis de Leigners: design & heated pool

Our holiday home is at the gates of the Brenne National Park, 330 km from Porte d 'Auteuil in Paris. Former 250 m2 hunting pavilion located in a park of 2 hectares of landscaped, the house is perfectly equipped. It was completely restored in 2014. Furnished in a fairly contemporary style, it offers, summer and winter, a soothing setting in the heart of the nature. The swimming pool (9x4) is made of concrete, heated to 25 degrees from May to September.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
