Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Mavrovo Lake

This place was everything we needed for our weekend getaway in Mavrovo. Great location, amenities, view in a non-pretentious homey Vila where a group of friends could relax and have a great time by the crackling wood stove. The kitchen was fully equipped, the view from the balconies was stunning, and the closed gazebo was really cool to hang out in. Will definitely come back for this experience.

The house was very clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the photos. It was in a great location. The host was very attentive and hospitable, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. I would definitely love to stay here again! Thanks again to Mr. Isa and his wife.

We had an amazing time with our Dalmatians. Host is really nice and friendly and his parents are really amazing. We were nicely welcomed and we felt at home. All neighbors came to congratulate us for our success on the dog shows in Mavrovo. We made new friends, we visited nice places and we had a lot of fun.

The views and the villa itself is stunning, extremely beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Thank you Martin once again.

The house is very cozy, and it has everything you might need. The fireplace adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s located in a very peaceful area, surrounded by tranquility, with plenty of beautiful walking trails nearby. The view is simply breathtaking. The host, Antoni, is very responsive and ready to help at any time. The nearest town and grocery store are 7 km from the house, and the cell service is excellent. If you’re looking for a place to relax, disconnect, and recharge, this is the perfect spot.

Simon was a great host! His house was fully stocked and heated when we arrived in the evening. The fireplace is great at heating the entire house, but there are also individual heaters for every room. The house is not at all far from the ski resort and even if you don't want to ski there are lots of beautiful and scenic walks in the area. I highly recommend renting out this house if you and a family or friends want to have a great place to rest while enjoying the natural beauty of Mavrovo.

Everything worked out here, cleanliness, friendliness and the size of the room. This is a family business with horse farm, farm shop and restaurant with long opening hours. The location is wonderful in the middle of iM Nationalepark. Unfortunately, the street is dotted with holes, for which the hotel of course can't do anything. There are Macedonian guests, but also foreign hikers, partly from the embassies from the capital Skopje. You can also get to the Sar Mountains relatively quickly from there. Great for the warm and cold months, highly recommended.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Cece’s home in Mavrovo. The wooden cabin is cozy, charming, and perfectly nestled in nature, offering a breathtaking view of the lake. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing—ideal for a quiet getaway. Cece was a warm and helpful host, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Highly recommend this beautiful spot for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Mavrovo!
