Two floors apartment, with balconies with amazing view to the laconic bay and the Kranai island. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed on the top floor and a bedroom with two single beds on the lower floor. On the top floor there is also a w.c. a leaving room and a large balcony with a spectacular view. On the lower floor there is a fully equipped kitchen the other bedroom, another w.c. and another balcony. Both bedrooms and leaving room are air conditioned.

Προσφέρει μεγάλη αυτονομία και διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο, πλυντήριο ρούχων, air- condition, τηλεόραση και στους δύο χώρους, ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και μεγάλο κήπο με barbeque για στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση. Ο ξενώνας κατοικηθηκε για πρώτη φορά τον Απρίλιο του 2024.

Our guesthouse is on the ground floor of an old two-story village house, one-room - single space with a separate kitchen and bathroom , in front of the village square in an area of 800sqm ,with a large yard ,several trees and free private parking. At a distance of 1.5 km from the town of Gythio, 600 meters from the long sandy beach, right next to the famous taverns of the village, 20 meters from a mini market and 600 meters from a large supermarket of the area .
