Romantic Med Chic Retreat with pool on GR trail

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Située au calme en bordure de forêt, au pied de la Montagne Noire, maisonnette indépendante (28m2) avec 1 séjour-cuisine équipée (15m2, canapé convertible BZ 2 places), 1 chambre séparée (9m2, 1 lit double), 1 salle d'eau (douche, lavabo, WC). En saison, possibilité d'utiliser la piscine adjacente. Parking assuré. Tous commerces à 1,5 km (commune de Mazamet). Chemins de rando et circuits VTT au départ de la maison. Hors-saison : réservation 2 nuits minimum / Juillet-Août : 5 nuits minimum.

Gîte de caractère, calme et nature, de 4 à 7 pers.

Vous aimez le calme et la nature, alors vous êtes au bon endroit, en effet la route s’achève au gîte. Au-delà, les chemins serpentent dans la pinède et les collines parmi les capitelles. Vous pourrez les découvrir à pied, en VTT avec ou sans pique-nique. Le gîte se situe dans un domaine viticole que vous pourrez visiter. Ancienne écurie du domaine, ce gîte indépendant, climatisé, bénéficie d’une terrasse avec pergola et nous mettons à votre disposition, notre piscine (7.2 m x 3.7m).

La maison à été refaite à neuf pour plus de confort,elle se situe au pied de la montagne noire au calme à 2 km du centre de Labruguière, à 15mn de Mazamet et sa passerelle, à 1h de Carcassonne, 1h de Toulouse, 1h30 de la mer, 10mn de Castres, 40mn d'Albi. De nombreux chemins de randonnée et de VVT sont accessibles proche de logement. Piscine sur la propriété. Baignade dans les lacs, marché des producteurs en été à Castres,mazamet. Je serai ravie de vous renseigner pour vos sorties.

Se situe notamment à 5 mn en voiture de Mazamet où vous pourrez découvrir la Passerelle himalayenne et le village médiéval d’Haupoul, à 5mn du Golf de la Barouge, à 20 mn du Sidobre, 25 mn des lacs…..
