Room/private bathroom in a modern shared apartment

Comfortable and modern accommodation. You will spend the night in the room of my small apartment, which has an internal bathroom and closet. The common areas are shared with the host, including the bathroom on an occasional basis or by strict necessity. Check-in will be between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, Sundays from 8:00 pm, however, I will always try to adapt to your needs, there is room for flexibility. In the months of June, July and August we can take a dip in the pool of the Barrio.

Tranquility and charm in a flower workshop house

Quiet and family-friendly house in the heart of the Madrid mountains. My partner and I live here with our animal family. Thor and Brezo, our friendly dogs, and Zarza, a wonderful and sweet tortoiseshell cat. It is also our flower workshop because we are dedicated to floral decoration. We are about 25 km from Madrid in a residential development very close to the urban center. This will allow you to enjoy wonderful walks in the mountains and also the atmosphere and gastronomy of the place.

This is not a tourist rental. It is rented temporarily for work, teaching, or leisure purposes. Conveniently located in a well-connected area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It is close to museums, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the 203 Airport Express bus.

Enjoy this beautiful and quiet accommodation, decorated vintage. In a place with incomparable views, the independent entrance is located in a small forest overlooking a hill.. when night falls, without light pollution, the stars flood the sky and make this a very special place. The garden is huge and the pool in the summer months is an absolute enjoyment. There is a large Jacuzzy/Spa in the garden at 38 degrees in summer and winter (it is for individual use and cost).

I rent a nice and cozy room in the middle of Madrid. Very well connected, a few meters away you have the Glorieta de Bilbao metro and the Tribunal metro, the location is ideal as you will be a short walk from Malasaña, Chueca or Chamberí. You can walk to Gran Vía and enjoy all that Madrid has to offer.
