In Quercianella, on the coast of Tuscany and a few minutes from the sea, there is the 'Casa di Iane', a portion of a two-family villa surrounded by greenery and surrounded by the large private park. Parking available inside and outside the villa, tranquility and plenty of space, indoor and outdoor. It is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing vacation, but also to take advantage of the crystal clear sea with small pebbled bays and to visit the nearby Tuscan cities of art.

Our house of 1910 is located in the old part of Viareggio, the pearl of the Italian Versilia. The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. It is like a little palazzo with more than 4m high ceilings. The pedestrian shopping streets and the central market are just a few steps away. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.

Ancient farmhouse restored with charm, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and part of a family property that extends along the coast (Seccione). The house is fully furnished and equipped. There are: a private access to the sea, the swimming pool and to the free beach of the "Prunini" by a short path. You will be able to meet owners on site, to discover the island and for any need.

The property has it’s own access to the beach: a private path leads through the pine tree grove and the dunes to the sea where guests will find a private cabana equipped with sunbeds and parasol. Guests are given their private key to the beach.
