A peaceful, clean, and spacious place to stay. It is perfect for exploring Dartmoor and it’s a lovely space which feels private enough for your own trip but Sam is responsive and helpful. We were very pleased with the facilities, cleanliness, and location. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful find in a perfect, peaceful location! Jaime and her husband, Scott, were the perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Homemade cake on arrival with along little pot of milk, teabags and coffee, was a lovely, thoughtful touch. The caravan was wonderfully kitted out for a short stay, and very, very, cosy! After a day of being drenched in moorland rain, the caravan was a beautiful warm sanctuary to return to (Jaime and Scott were so helpful offering us a place to dry our wet clothes). We particularly loved sitting peacefully by the window and watching the birds feed. Hearing owls hooting in the dead of night was so magical too. Our whole experience was fantastic. We couldn't fault anything and we would definitely love to return. Thank you, Jaime and Scott!

Santosh - who we had the pleasure of meeting is a lovely guy. We loved the cottage. Superbly furnished and equipped. Excellent location to explore the area. We've done quite a few Air BnB's over the past few years - this is one of our favourites. The local people are very friendly - 100% recommend this cottage. Go for it !

Wonderful stay at Naomi’s place during our recent trip to visit family in the area. The property was pristine, with comfortable bedding and all of the home comforts in the kitchen & bathroom that you could ask for. Fantastic location with local amenities within walking distance.
