Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Apartments Rondo are located right next to the Spa Park 12 minutes to the sea. On the 7th floor there is a public terrace with beautiful views. The apartments are modern and fully equipped in boutique style. On the ground floor is Rondo Ristorante, the Rock down patisserie. Cozy place in the center of Szczecin. Good for a couple, family, friends or people travelling for business. In the nearby: grosery, cafes, restaurants, public transport, railway and bus station. Walking distance to the old town and waterfront. The apartament is bright and cozy with modern &vintage finishing. Consists of 2 rooms: living room + sleeping corner with access to a lovely balcony and bedroom with double bed and piano. Inbetween the rooms modern kitchen and new bathroom.
