My place is on the third floor without an elevator but with wide stairs and comfortable steps. It's less than 50 meters from the sea. The neighborhood has every kind of comfort. It is in a quiet area but not far from the Thermal Baths and the square at the heart of the local nightlife. It is not far from the seafront, which allows you to take quiet walks. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. A camping cot can be offered. Transfer from/to Bari airport for a fee.

The apartment consists of six beds. In the area there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy. At 50 m there are the seaside beaches along the sea with all the locals. Ideal apartment for both families and children. It doesn't have an elevator and air conditioning. Stairs are low.
