The fully enclosed garden of 600 m2 is composed of lawn and various shrubs. The property is conducive to rest and relaxation. Guests can enjoy sunbeds in the garden, go to the beach on foot or explore the paths of the littotal. The beach, classified as a "blue pavilion", is guarded during the summer.

Charming Breton house completely renovated by an architect in 2024. It is situated in a small charming hamlet in a quiet area with its 14th century chapel, pretty cottages and menhirs. The famous La Torche beach (world-famous surf spot) is a 20-minute walk away via a hiking trail. The house is located on our property, it is adjoining ours but has its own entrance and private enclosed garden of about 350 m2.
