Monthly Rentals in Melide

For the intended purpose (working), the place was perfect. Dear, uncomplicated hosts, highly recommended!! A little unfortunate that the house is in the shade practically all day from the location (we had 2 weeks of permanent sunshine). In the summer, however, this should be very attractive.

This was a last minute booking for us but we ended up having a great time. The location is very nice. The lake and the « lido » are very close (5 min walk). The swimming in the lake was lovely and refreshing especially on the hot days. Swissminiatur park is 5 min walk away from the apartment. Coop is in close proximity. Some beautiful picturesque Swiss villages, e.g. Morcote, are only a short drive/ bus ride away. Lugano is very close and is easily reachable by public transport or by car. The apartment is very spacious and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Nice balcony with a view of the lake. Foxtown outlet shopping mall is 10 min drive away. The host was available when we needed his assistance. Overall, very happy with this experience and would come back

The place was very cozy and practically furnished. The location was very good for us: close to the train station for excursions, within walking distance to the old town and lake with swimming facilities, with shopping nearby. The pool in the settlement was very clean and the children especially liked it. Thanks a lot, we'll be happy to come back!
