Great studio, Anne Catherine was amazing . Arranging, for the Check in and Check out, recomended us the best local spots. It felt like it was Home. I HIGHLY RECOOMMENDE

Spacious and functional apartment, quiet environment. Close to a convenience store and green spaces. We were able to check in early and check out later, in agreement with Agathe. We will definitely return to this accommodation, if you need to return to Poitiers.

The listing matched the photos in the app. Laura has always been responsive when sending messages. The registration guide for our stay was complete. The place is very peaceful, the apartment is located in a corner that is not lively, which allows us to be quiet for our stay. Thank you for these few days.

We come for the 2nd time, always impeccable accommodation, small touches, good communication, ideal for a small family, perfect accommodation for several days of vacation, 20 km from Puy du Fou, peaceful, quiet, you can sleep with the windows open without being disturbed by noise or mosquitoes. If we ever have to go back to Puy du Fou, we'll know where to go.

Great vacation thanks to paquito. A gd thank you for his hospitality and especially for his kindness. A host who folds in 4 as rarely to ensure that we are settled in, ms while remaining respectful and discreet. Perfect place, easy to park, clean and large. Machine, coffee maker, microwave ect on site and large areas 2min away, and La Rochelle 20min away. In short everything was perfect, a real tear of going home and again a big thank you to this host whom we warmly recommend

We had a great time at the place. Jennifer greeted us late when we arrived. The house is very nice, and contains everything you need for a good holiday. We were also able to enjoy the bikes and the boat. I recommend this rental.

Was a very unique and cute experience! Felt like staying in the princesses room of a castle. Beautiful stained glass, nice decor, big bathroom, great location. Lorie was very sweet and accommodating to our late arrival. Getting there by car can be a little tricky so read through her instructions a few times!

Very clean and well-equipped apartment (everything is well thought out, there was even the blanket for the dog) The road is slightly noisy and you can hear the neighbors above at times. the check-in is late and the check-out is early, but it is clearly stated in the listing. we were able to come an hour rather what represents (3-11pm)

3 nights in this very welcoming, pleasant accommodation and ideally located for a stay at futuroscope. Everything is very well thought out, plenty of storage, comfortable living room and beds, many amenities, quiet environment. pity that the weather didn't allow us to eat outside. thank you for the little attention.

While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place

We are delighted with this place, very clean, which matches the photos, nicely decorated . Residence with secure parking. Very well equipped with basic necessities. Located near the Manu 5/7 minutes from the city center. We would recommend it without a problem.
