Our newly expanded apartment in 2022 is located at the gates of Bamberg in the municipality of Memmelsdorf. From there you have a beautiful view towards Bamberg, Seehof Castle and the Steigerwald. Located at the gateway to Franconian Tuscany, there is a wide range of excursion opportunities. Among other things, you will also find Franconian Switzerland and the Steigerwald. Cyclists and hikers will also get their money's worth thanks to the well-developed cycling and hiking trail network.

Apartment in Zückshut near Bamberg

Beautifully located right on the edge of the forest, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Zückshut, a small place, is in the immediate vicinity of the World Heritage Site of Bamberg. The Obermain thermal baths, Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery are in approx. 15 minutes by car. Climbing enthusiasts also have Franconian Switzerland close by. In just a few minutes on the A73 and at the A70/A73 interchange. For final cleaning, a one-time fee of €30 will be charged.

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped one-room apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bicycles, which can be used by you free of charge. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. On foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

Cosy and comfortable flat for 1 or 2

Our second floor flat is perfectly located in the quiet 'Wunderburg' district of Bamberg which is about 10-15 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins away are two of Bamberg's best known breweries, Keesmann and Mähr. Both offer a wonderful collection of beers and local food . Booking is highly recommended. Here you will also find a Rewe supermarket with a baker. The main train station is approx. 15 mins walk.

The granny apartment is located in Melkendorf in rural Franconian Tuscany. The idyllic location near the World Heritage city of BAMBERG and FRANCONIAN SWITZERLAND, about 6 km away, offers charming contrasts between city and country. The apartment is located in the historic Bamberg garden district. There are two bedrooms for max. 4 people. Bamberg city center is about 10 minutes' walk away, while Bamberg main train station is about 5 minutes away. Children are welcome but unfortunately the apartment does not have a changing table, etc. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony.

In a nutshell only 1.5 km from Center -completely rebuilt tiny house! 3 floors ........ perfect for 2 people. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, walk-in shower, network, 2 TVs - accommodation is anything but ordinary. Complete kitchen with dishwasher - very laboriously created! Access via door code - access directly with the courtyard! Perfect for 1 or 2 people!
