Our newly expanded apartment in 2022 is located at the gates of Bamberg in the municipality of Memmelsdorf. From there you have a beautiful view towards Bamberg, Seehof Castle and the Steigerwald. Located at the gateway to Franconian Tuscany, there is a wide range of excursion opportunities. Among other things, you will also find Franconian Switzerland and the Steigerwald. Cyclists and hikers will also get their money's worth thanks to the well-developed cycling and hiking trail network.

Our cozy house (about 60 m2) is idyllically located in Schesslitz right at the entrance to the beautiful Burglesau Valley. Here you will find not only a charming accommodation, but also the perfect starting point for hiking, biking or simply relaxing days in nature. In addition to its historic old town, Scheßlitz also offers you all the necessities of daily life. In a few minutes you can reach Bamberg, a UNESCO World Heritage City with a unique flair. Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped one-room apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bicycles, which can be used by you free of charge. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. On foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Surrounded by natural, unique, high-quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, everything has been thought of. Towels, bedding, bathrobes and slippers are already provided. Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or wine in the evening in comfort on the large balcony or terrace.

We, the Dümig family, are proud to live in such a beautiful city as Bamberg and would like to enable as many people as possible to get to know our charming city. The best starting point is our centrally located and comfortably furnished apartments. The apartments "Zinngießer", "Apfelweibla" & "Gabelmann" were completely and largely renovated in-house from July 2024 to May 2025. Since May 2025, we are happy to welcome our first guests.
