Cozy apartment in an old farm, 3 km from Memmingen, surrounded by beautiful forests with walking paths, to Memmingen Airport and the city center about 7 km, Lake Constance can be reached in about 40 minutes, and the ski resorts of the Allgäu Alps can be reached in about 60 minutes. Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community.
