Der Ruhrradweg führt durch Neheim-Hüsten, somit auch für Radfahrer als Zwischenstopp bestens geeignet. Es gibt per Auto rundherum innerhalb einer halben Stunde viel zu erkunden, wie z.B. die Sorpe- und Möhnetalsperre, die Altstadt Arnsberg und auch die historische Stadt Soest.

'Haus am Wald' is a newly renovated old farmhouse. Surrounded by forests and meadows it offers pure relaxation without any traffic noise. Wake up by the birds singing in the morning and watch the deer roaming through the forest. Shopping is available Lippborg (3 km) with supermarket, bakeries and several shops. Situated 4 km from autobahn A2 it is very easy to get here. The house offers 100 m² of living space with family room, 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, dining room and a kitchen.

As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
