Vacation rentals with a patio in Mendocino County

I almost don’t want to say how remarkable this spot is because I stay in Ukiah for work regularly and want it all to myself! From little biscuits out for my puppy on arrival, to the softest job quality blankets and robes, to the soft lighting and clean, stylish finishes, this place was a home away from home.

I enjoyed my stay at Madrid's place. It was quiet and relaxing. Coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Worth the price. Highly recommend if you're in staying in the area.

All I can say is wow, what a perfect stay we had at The Guest Nest! Kerry's place is beautiful, inside and out - spotlessly clean, well thought out, cozy and spacious. Lots of light during the day, and the fireplace kept us warm at night. The views from the windows, porches & garden are amazing, from the garden, to the grounds with the deer grazing, to the ocean. Absolutely fantastic neighborhood as well...Caspar Headlands and Caspar Beach are an easy walk, and they're both gorgeous. Last but certainly not least, Kerry was an amazing host - extremely helpful, kind and communicative. If I ever find myself in the Mendocino area again (which I hope to!), I would absolutely love to stay in The Guest Nest again, just an amazing place/host!

I wish I could give Sapina 10 stars. From the first communication she was so friendly, helpful and gone out of her way to make our stay easy and comfortable. I cannot fault Sapina about any aspect of her hosting or the fabulous gem of an apartment. The location is close to the park, art centre, restaurants and only a short drive away is Safeway and Marisa market, and many other shops for anything you need. The exact location is set within other buildings ha so it is private and feels so safe. The apartment itself is incredibly clean, with nothing missing to make your stay completely comfortable and easy. There is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy their stay, with games and comfy seating. Sapina has decorated to represent her hosting skills - everything is shiny and sparkly, and just makes sense. The giant bed is totally comfy, as are the fabulous bar stools and sofas. If you are travelling through or need a longer stay in Willits do not miss Sapina’s starry night stay!!!

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here! If you appreciate thoughtful details, high end appliances, furniture and, amenities then the Beachhouse is for you. They really thought of everything- the kitchen is super well stocked if you like to cook and all the linens and furnishings make you feel like you're spoiling yourself a bit. The outdoor area is beautiful and huge. Our dog had the best time roaming the backyard space. We didn't utilize the hot tub or outdoor space as much as I would have liked because I just had surgery, but next time we will for sure. The game room downstairs was fun to shoot some pool and hang out there. The hosts were gracious and very communicative! We will love to stay here again some time.

Really can not recommend this place enough. The trail to the ocean is literally outside your front yard! its perfect! The house is well designed and the kitchen has everything you need to cook nice dinners for your family. One of the best AirBnBs we have ever been to

Amazing location - the beach pass to the private beach made this stay already worth it! Irish beach is stunning and so empty, we loved it. The space has lovely windows overlooking a yard where many deer come visit and we even saw a bobcat! The hot tub is great and probably the best Airbnb hot tub we’ve been in! I’m sure the upstairs balcony was amazing as well - we just didn’t use it much since it rained most of our stay. Our dog enjoyed the yard very much, it’s very private and far away from other people’s houses. It’s not fenced but a long line worked just as well! I would mention that it would have been good to know ahead of time that the place does not have a full kitchen. The freezer is not medium - it’s tiny and doesn’t freeze well. There is no real stove, just hot plates, no blender, not a real oven etc. It would have been good to know ahead of time since we usually bring food for trips and like to cook. We would definitely book again and just plan for different food!

This spot is the perfect place to stay on the Mendocino coast. We had an absolute blast here and our dog loved it too! Plenty of space for her to run around. The view is so gorgeous, too! Even in the fog and clouds it was still beautiful. Highly recommend this spot to all and we will definitely be coming back here next time we are in town.

We had a great stay at Kira's - the house was very comfortable and the surroundings made it very relaxing being nestled in with the redwoods. It was nice to be close enough to enjoy all that Boonville/Philo has to offer from wineries to hikes while also having a peaceful and quiet cottage to return to.

My family and I have traveled the California coast for years. This location was by far one of the most uniquely ISOLATED that we have ever been to. When I say isolated I mean it in an amazing way. The pictures do not do it justice. You are on your own private coastal cliff with views from every part of the house. This would be great for a couples getaway or a getaway with kids. We had an amazing time. If you're not familiar with the ride in it can be twisty so take your Dramamine but it is WORTH IT. Highly recommend it you won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house near Clear Lake! The views were breathtaking, and the home was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family with two young kids. The large windows and deck made for a peaceful and relaxing experience, and we loved watching the sunset over the mountains. The location was great for exploring nature, and the space felt like a perfect retreat. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a scenic getaway! We can’t wait to come back!

A great place for a family vacation. We had a single level property with a nice patio that lead to a huge grass common area and a play structure for the kids. Pool was also a short 1 minute walk, had a great hot tub, small wading pool for the kids, and a heated large pool. We spent almost all of our time there. Arcade games were also accessible in main lobby area. Room had AC and anything we needed to our own food. Grocery store was within 5 minute drive.
