The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

The outside yard is shared space, yet, we don’t walk in front of your windows and will respect your privacy. There’s a garden & fruit trees to graze in season.

It is an old redwood cottage restored, expanded and converted into a unique, cozy space on the base level of the Z-barn. It has a kitchenette with amenities, small refrigerator and double burner propane stove. The space heated quickly by an efficient propane heater. The bed is queen sized. The bathroom access through a 4 step outdoor stairway.
