Our vacation started perfectly with the very warm welcome from Sabrina, how we felt welcome right away! :) The apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden and pool are also simply fantastic and ideal for enjoying the tranquility and recharging the batteries. We were even spoiled with homemade cake and fruits from the garden - just perfect🫶🏼

The small apartment is equipped with everything you need, the communication was very friendly, check-in and out went completely smoothly and Cecilia has responded to all questions and requests kindly. We enjoyed the hospitality and the great ambience with Erica and Wolfgang very much. If you are looking for peace, exciting conversations and good food, La Crisalide is the right place. Meride is a beautiful village and ideal starting point for hiking and excursions around Lake Lugano. We can highly recommend La Crisalide with their hosts.

We spent the Easter weekend at one of the apartments at Gritti Palace. The location is perfect and in the town’s center. We really enjoyed Alix’s hospitality and are grabbing for all the services and assistance that she provided, including giving us another room where there is no stairs since I’m pregnant, finding us more varieties of tea and fixing the toilet seat promptly. The communication was very easy and fast. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Giovanni's place was perfect for a family and group of friends. Apartment has a beautiful garden and all the things you need. I highly recommend his place.

Lovely apartment - modern furnishings in the living and sleeping areas, and a view that you just cannot get enough of. My wife and I stayed for 4 days, and could easily have made it a week. Nice and quiet area with a couple of places for a coffee or glass of wine within 15-20 mins walk, and a nice walking 45-60 min loop with incredible lake views right out of the front door. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, exceptionally well-appointed apartment with absolutely stunning views over Lake Lugano. Even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures, with a lush, tropical garden, a perfect lawn, and huge terrace. Adrian was a very responsive host, and we had everything we needed and more for a lovely stay. Plentiful towels and clean sheets, a relaxing hot tub, and comfortable, stylish furniture. The lake properties provide direct access to the water and are beautiful and tranquil. Just a word of caution to dog owners and families with small children that the road between the main property and the lake can be dangerous, with no sidewalk and fast driving cars. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing break from the city.

Absolute gem of a location with a host that goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Any questions were answered and resolved super quickly. Host is gracious, polite and very friendly. Location could not be better - walking distance to everything! Flat is spacious and has everything you need to feel at home! This was our apartment when we moved continents and we could not be happier!

Very good, just be aware that the apartment is in a 5 star hotel. It takes a little getting used to normal. Poll consumption very expensive. But you can't and don't have to. Otherwise service in the pool very very good . Recommended again and again.

Comfortable, spacious, conveniently located apartment, very well equipped, and clean. The secure parking space is a real plus in Lugano. The instructions were clear and easy. Host are very professional and responsive. Definitely recommend.
