Vacation rentals with a sauna in Merano

Beautiful house, practical and well-structured. The balcony is very enjoyable, even if shared. Very nice and relaxing view overlooking the stream, mountain and apple groves . Even the nearby state highway doesn't bother you and makes getting around easy. We found the recycling set up a bit uncomfortable, so it's necessary to carry the different types of waste every day.

A lovely quiet location by the ski bus. The hosts were great, available and accommodating. The place had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The star of the place was the sauna!

Heidi and Stephan were excellent hosts and we enjoyed our stay with them. They were very friendly, welcoming, and proper. The apartment was super nice, organized and cold (due to well-functioning air conditioning). The outdoor area was really nice - you share it with the other guests, but it seemed super nice. There were sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone, and then a hot pool. Heidi and Stephan were nice to help us find hiking trails, restaurants, etc. We were also able to order breakfast bread from them, evening before, and then they picked it up from a baker the next morning and dropped it off in front of the door. The parking basement was really nice and worked well. A really good experience.

Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for the warm welcome of Sovara Residence! Warm, clean and cosy rooms, complete kitchen, large beautiful terrace with stunning views of the mountains and green expanses. The bath, sauna, hammam we also really liked, especially the relaxation area. You can order fresh bread and rolls to your room for the morning. There is also an indoor garage, souvenir shop, breakfasts. The hostess was very friendly and helped with all our questions. We really enjoyed everything, would recommend it to everyone!

Perfect apartment! The only drawbacks are the "affiliated" paid parking with the hotel at €37 per day. The parking lot also has 3 charging stations for electric cars, too bad, that the places were always occupied by non-electric cars

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished, clean, very close to the Pinzolo ski lifts, very equipped and warm, Morena is very kind and super responsive, the area was very well served, we had a really good time, the cherry on top is the private relaxation area, a space where you can relax after a nice skiing, thank you!

Pros: lifts; possibility of internal parking; well equipped, clean and tidy apartment; great access to the slopes (back exit about 10 steps from the apartment); balcony with amazing views Cons: mainly soft mattresses and grates in the beds (very uncomfortable), we had to end up putting mattresses on the floor; missing wifi; it would be good to have socket adapters right in the apartment; lowered ceiling in the sleeping area, but for sleeping enough, and Fulvia states this in the apartment description

Great location! Sam was good with communication, checking in, questions about the site, and checking out! Overall, my friends and I enjoyed our stay!

Check-in was very flexible. The host took enough time to show off the entire facility. You can use the great, large indoor playground. There is also an indoor swimming pool with slide and an associated sauna! A gym is also included! The apartment has a lot of storage space. The kitchen is modern, the bathroom tip-top. In addition, you have a great view of the mountains from the balcony!

Apartamento FaLù very nice, well maintained and cared for. Comfortable garden in the back for a breakfast overlooking vineyards (and sometimes a train :) ). The location I would say great, there is little to walk, but in a few minutes by car you will discover a world. Lucia is helpful and friendly, I hope to be back soon!

We had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable with spectacular views. Great location for those who want to have some peace but still be close to the center (5 min walk). Mary was very nice. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is an excellent starting point for the Val di Fassa and further on to the Sellaronda. The ski bus stops just 100 meters away. The apartment is located on the main road, shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity. There is a simple ski room available. A highlight is the breakfast, which Daniela brings directly to the door in the morning as desired. The apartment is meticulously clean, well equipped. Very chic bathroom and a nice infrared heat cabin. The kitchen is functionally equipped. Very comfortable bed. Daniela is a lovely hostess, helpful and very friendly. We felt very welcome.

Alessandro's place is a gem if you want to visit this area of the Dolomites. The place is spotless and very modern. We visited in early September and it was slightly hot at night since the place does not have a cold air conditioner (only heating is possible). Beautiful decor and must be lovely in Winter.

Any contact, whether before arrival and during the stay, was absolutely accommodating and helpful. We have had the entire floor as well as the common room for us due to the number of guests. For people who are planning an MTB trip to the Nauders region, this accommodation is highly recommended. The corresponding lifts are easily accessible. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay the house was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained, with stunning views all around. Waltraud was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful family holiday. The place is mega clean and well equipped. Everything was there. The sauna and relaxation room is great - we always got fine delicacies as well❤️❤️. The landlords were always available. They are very helpful and friendly. They are mega kind to the children. ❤️❤️❤️ We felt very comfortable. Really recommended for large families because everyone has their own room and bathroom and dining area is great for talking, eating and playing together. We are very satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Fully recommended sparkling clean beautiful house with great views and tasteful furnishings, nice and warm heatable, sufficient showers and toilets for many people, kitchen large and perfectly equipped, you can cook wonderfully for many people and even bake cakes, big dining table with enough space for everyone, laundry very clean, towels could be changed in the middle of the week, were greeted and personally welcomed and instructed upon arrival, we received very helpful tips for things to do in the area, bus stop within walking distance, from there buses run regularly to the ski resort and to Meran, cozy sauna with wood stove and beautiful views. All as described in the offer. We stayed there in January 2025 and had a wonderful and relaxing stay, thank you to the Gruber family
