Vacation rentals with beach access in Mergellina, Naples

Super quite place, very well positioned, Toni is a super friendly host trying to translate and helping us out. We took the ferry to Capri the next day, super easy. P-S : amazing great free coffee!

Very nice house, located in a quiet area of Posillipo, perfect for relaxing away from the chaos of the center. The view is truly spectacular, with a view of the sea that alone is worth the stay. Great location for those seeking peace and beauty. Recommended!

Domenico was nice all along! He came to pick me up from the train station and took care of all of my needs (even went and got me a fan especially) The place was clean and well ordered, I had everything I needed. The location is also excellent, close to everything but still in a classy and quiet neighbourhood.

Great old building with all the quirks there of. If you are looking for a spotless up to date place not here. If you want 1718 old Italian charm highly recommend.

Stefano’s place is in the hearth of the city in a stylish local alleyway. Walking distance from pretty much anywhere in Naples, including the restaurants with the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. Stefano was always friendly and flexible and kindly included all the amenities and even more. Truly a one of a kind apartment.

Riccardo is an extremely responsive and helpful host; he has gone out of his way for us for the duration of our stay. Perfect check-in. The location around is beautiful. Close to the subway, buses and served by taxis. If I had to go back to Naples ...I would come back here!

Great area to stay if you want to explore but don't want to stay right in central Naples!

Perfect accommodation comfortable for 3/4 people and the same as described in the photo, it is located in a very central area in Mergellina, nearby there is everything that can be useful and then it is a stone's throw from the seafront. Maria Silvia was kind and available from the first moment for our every need. And if you have any questions, you've always been quick to give us feedback. If I have to return to the surroundings, I'll definitely book here again.

Very nicely located apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, and archaeological sites (some of which were unfortunately closed at the time of our trip). With a rental car, Napoli, Vesuvius, Pompei and other historic sites were also easy to visit. Massimiliano and his mother gave us good tips for good food and attractions nearby! For lovers of history, tasty food & drink, and geology!

Frederica was so helpful in advance of any during the trip! It was a pleasure staying in that beautiful surroundings. Hope to come back sometime!

I booked it because I was going to Naples for a day during my trip to Italy. There were a lot of people saying that it was dangerous near Naples Central Station, so I booked it a little further away from the center. It was a little further than expected, but the moment I walked into the house, it was so nice! It's as clean and tidy as the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Naples downtown was too crowded and messy, but I was able to feel the relaxation of Naples by coming to this neighborhood. It's very close to the Pompeii ruins. I was so lucky to be able to stay at Mario's house. Thanks Mario!! :)

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is in extremely convenient, with beautiful walks, wonderful restaurants, and lots to do nearby. If we come back to Naples, we hope to stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place to stay and very proactive host! View is amazing and there are a lot of great restaurants near by. I love the Roku Sushi right next door. You can get all you can eat sushi for €35 person at dinner time! The apartment is also very clean and with everything you ever need. During my stay, the park across the road was close and I needed to circle around to get to the beach. The apartment also requires a short walk (10mins without luggage and a bit more with luggage) to get to Metro Line 2. Metro line 6 is nearby but only open from 7am to 2pm. This metro line is convenient for a one way trip to port in the morning, but that’s about it. For those visiting Naples, I strongly recommend buying a weekly pass for public transportation and take advantage of the bus lines. There is a bus station right beside the apartment and it was more convenient to use. Overall, this apartment is great if you are visiting Naples for a short period of time.

This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment is spotless, with a modern and stylish design that makes it feel both cozy and luxurious. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Naples, with easy access to all the city’s best sights, restaurants, and shops. You can explore everything by foot, which makes it so convenient to experience the true essence of Napoli. The host is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available if you need anything. His warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to this wonderful apartment and the incredible experience I had here, I completely fell in love with Naples! I can’t wait to come back and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the city—it’s an absolute gem!
