Our accommodation "Mummola" is the old main building of our farm in the yard of the farm in Mehtäkylä. Our accommodation has been renovated to modern in 2013, preserving the ambiance of the old grandma. Our space is located in the quiet side village of Kalajoki 17km from the center of Kalajoki and 25 km from Hiekkasärk. Our yard houses rabbits, chickens , cats , a dog, horses, and a pony. A trampoline, trail car, and litter box are also available to guests. There is a grill canopy with a gas grill in the yard.

In 25 minutes by car you will drive to the sandbanks for a holiday and to Ylivieska shops in about 15 minutes. A great place to stay! Pets are allowed in our house and are the responsibility of the owners. Please let us know in advance if you are staying with your pet.

The house is old and built in 1908 - VR's barrel building, and it once served as a accountant/exchange manager's house. The spaces that emanated in their old-fashioned vibe, refurbished in 2022 and started hosting in 2023. Getting lost in the everyday life of a nostalgic room, sleeping peacefully, and staying cozy.
