Light filled open plan living area, with sliding balcony doors to open this space further with shaded views to the garden and the feel of the tropical sea breeze. With 108m2 of living space all up this is a large apartment renovated with Hamptons style and a cruisy feel. The superb location within Broadbeach is one of our guest's strongest feedback. It’s just a short two minute stroll to the beach and ten minutes to the main cafes, restaurants, and stores in the area. Modern LG OLED TV if staying home with Apple TV+, Netflix, Kayo, Prime. Full function kitchen area, appliances, utensils. Hopefully our photos tell the story. Light filled open plan living area, sliding doors and shutters open this space further out to the balcony with views to the garden and the feel of the sea breeze. Ground floor access, with a small amount of steps - 5 to be exact. Fully functional kitchen for those who like to cook. Washing machine facilities with ironing board, iron and clothes airer. Towels, soap & hair dryer supplied. Please bring your own shampoo. Whole of apartment available Bedrooms have BIR's. Best suited for couples or small group of 3 or 4 WiFi, Foxtel, Smart TV... BYO Netflix account etc. We respect your privacy and wish to remain hands off during your stay. We are available via the AirBnB app should you wish to discuss any needs or concerns during your stay. This apartment is in a low rise block and has a superb location within the highly sort after Broadbeach suburb of Queensland's Gold Coast. It’s just a short two minute stroll to the beach and ten minutes to the main cafes, restaurants, and stores in the area. The Gold Coast Convention Centre is just a 10-minute walk, as is the Broadbeach North light rail station (tram). Walking distance to amenities Light Rail situated on Gold Coast Highway Bus number 705 takes you to the main transport station (Broadbeach South) where you can be transported anywhere Two bus stops available near the property, one opposite and one approx 50 meters away from the location We use a professional cleaning and set up service for the apartment, and in particular, our Cleaning Fee covers professional dry cleaning and ironing of bed linen so that each guest gets that "sheets are new" feel !

A spacious suite in a new architect designed home set in extensive gardens on a 1.5 acre property located in Mount Tamborine’s dress circle. Mount Tamborine is a stunning environment, on top of the range 40 minutes drive from the Gold Coast. At 535m above sea level, the red volcanic soil and a good rainfall ensures a lush environment thrives that is home to a wide range of bird life. The mountain is also home to several vineyards and breweries, a distillery, many many restaurants and cafes, a host of curiosity shops and two farmer and craft markets each month. The mountain caters for those who love nature with many bush walking tracks. It is also the gateway to O’Reillys, Lamington and Binna Burra national parks.
