House with beautiful sea views and direct access to the beach. The house consists of a kitchen living room, a small shower room, 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with double bed and one with single bed, and a fourth bedroom in the attic with a double mattress, accessible by a ladder. A veranda with barbecue completes the set. My children's toys are available for young tenants. Cleaning at guest cost (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.

Charming country house 300 m from the beach

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Comfortable family home in Quimiac, 10 minutes' walk to Lanséria beach. The house was completely renovated in 2024. It is located in a quiet hamlet where you can hear the birds and see the squirrels passing by. It offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two toilets, one of which is separate, a living room, a dining room with open kitchen. The enclosed garden is entirely for guests only. Only the 2nd building – a garage – is not accessible to guests.
