The house is 800 meters from Lanséria Beach, and close to the salt marshes. Everything is within walking distance of the house, beaches, shops, market... This house is ideal for 8 people, but can accommodate up to 10 people. It is well suited for 2 couples with children.

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).
