GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Our charming house is located in the peaceful countryside of Guipry-Messac 4.4 km from the city centre in department 35 in Brittany, our house is the perfect starting point to explore the region. Only 7 km from the car village of Lohéac, 30 km from the Rennes exhibition center in Bruz, and 35 km from the city of Rennes, you will have easy access to local attractions. The Breton coast is only an hour and a half away, and the Vilaine towpath is 3 km away.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Small house renovated in 2018 located on the port of Guipry near shops and services. It consists of two bedrooms, a living kitchen with TV, a bathroom with large shower and a toilet. Outside, a fenced garden with the possibility of parking a car. Linens (sheets and towels are included in the rate).
