There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

To highlight are the 2 terraces in south & west direction with private garden & beautiful view into the distance and absolute tranquility (no artificial light).

The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Our apartment in nature is located in a part of our beautiful and newly renovated house. Only about 20 minutes from the beautiful Lake Constance, nature invites you to cycle. The semi-detached house has its own entrance. You can park comfortably behind the house in the courtyard. There is plenty of space for the children to play in the garden. There is a large swing. In addition, there is a terrace with seating and sun loungers in front of the open kitchen.

We offer you a bright attic apartment in our three-family house: It is completely renovated and converted into a cozy studio apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed available. Supermarket, market hall and the city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. We have a bus stop right outside the front door. The bus is at the main train station in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be locked in the garage.
