This is a light filled warm house that captures all day sun. Large section that can be shut off with a gate across the driveway. Dog friendly for outside dogs, kennel provided. Transport for Mt Hutt 1 minute walk, pubs and restaurants 3 minute walk. Please note the attached garage has been turned into a second lounge and has a couple of single beds if needed! It has garage carpet down and sliding doors! The 3rd bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom is a mezzanine floor so is open to downstairs.

Welcome to our recently renovated home. Our home has a great log burner, heat pump and heat transfer. Open plan living and functional kitchen. All bedrooms are good size. Free wifi available. Methven offers both great winter and summer escapes, with the mountain base only 10 minutes from the house, where you can also find some great mountain walks/biking. Or you can relax in the Opuke hotpools, just a 15min walk. You won't be disappointed staying in our comfortable home.
